OKLAHOMA CLASSICS RACES AT WILL ROGERS DOWNS
The OTA will further expand the racing for the Oklahoma Classics program with two overnight stakes to be held at Will Rogers Downs on May 17th. The races the Cherokee Casino / Will Rogers Downs Classics and the OTA Classic, will have an estimated purse of $35,000. Included in that amount will be Oklahoma Bred funds and Classics program funds. Both races will be for horses nominated and who remain eligible for the Oklahoma Classics Program.
Races will be run at 6 furlongs, with one for Colts and Geldings 3 year old and up, and one for 3 year old and up Fillies and Mares. For more information see the Will Rogers Downs condition book or contact the racing office.
