OKLAHOMA BRED PROGRAM INFORMATION

The Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission administers the Oklahoma Bred
Program. They perform the functions of accreditation for Racing Stock,
Broodmares and Stallions. They also issue monetary rewards to breeders
and/or owners after the horse qualifies for an award. In 2007 Oklahoma
Bred supplements which were paid out totaled $2.7 million dollars, an
increase of 62% over 2006.

Money is available in purses at each racetrack and additional awards for
breeders and stallion owners.

At Remington Park & Fair Meadows Tulsa – Oklahoma Bred money is paid in
every race and is divided 50% to purses, 34% to mare owners, and 16% to
stallion owners

At Will Rogers Downs – Oklahoma Bred money is paid in every race and is
currently divided 70% to purses, 20% to mare owners, and 10% to stallion
owners.

At Blue Ribbon Downs – Oklahoma Bred money is available to races restricted
to Oklahoma Breds, and is divided 50% to purse, and 34% to mare owners
and 16% to Stallion owners.

Oklahoma Bred money is also available to Stakes races restricted to Oklahoma
Bred accredited horses.
